Kitchen Nightmares is one of my **favorite** shows. If you haven’t yet seen it, I suggest you set your TIVO to tape the next episode. Maybe you have seen Hell’s Kitchen? If not, again set your TIVO (Hell’s Kitchen runs during the summer months).

Gordon Ramsay is nothing if not brutally honest to a fault. Borderline abusive really, but I **love** it. I most LOVE when he calls someone a D-O-N-K-E-Y, HA. I definitely could never be on one of his shows, but I certainly enjoy watching him on the television, yea.

I wish I had started earlier in the season - better late than never, I am going to recap the weekly episodes here. I love making fun of the business owners that think they know more than him and meanwhile they have called him in to help rescue their business from bankruptcy. If you are going to call on an expert, listen to the expert or what is the point?!
